Matthew's career began in events, where he orchestrated high-profile music experiences for renowned artists like Stereophonics and Rudimental on behalf of major brands such as Lynx and Xbox, as well as a nationwide DJ program for AllSaints, H&M, Topshop, and New Look. He later joined the award-winning agency Music Concierge as a playlist designer, where he curated bespoke music playlists for luxury hospitality and hotels across EMEA, the UAE, and Asia, including iconic venues like COMO Hotels and Resorts, Studio City, and the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen.
He then partnered with PlayNetwork, where he consulted on global in-store music strategies for prestigious brands including Harrods, Burberry, Jo Malone, Le Labo, and Tom Ford, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the field.
